how we drive impact
Our mission is to encourage all young people to share their views and connect them with decision makers to make real, observable, social change.
U-Speak is supported by UNICEF Australia who work to ensure the voices of Australia's youth are heard. Through their expertise in lobbying for child and youth policy to parliamentarians, they use the data created from your convos to advocate for what you believe is most important.
The convo cards are based on the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), which are a collection of 17 global goals designed
to achieve a better and more sustainable future.

for young people,
by young people
U-Speak is the brainchild of six Australian university students. Although we come from a range of disciplines and lived experiences, we all have one common goal – to build a better future. That is why we created U-Speak, to empower meaningful conversations that will produce usable data for policymakers and help young Aussies, like us, make a real impact.
